GlucoLamp managed Nightscout

Multi-tenant Nightscout hosting is live.

Each customer gets an isolated Nightscout tenant on <tenant>.nightscout.glucolamp.com while GlucoLamp manages Docker, TLS, MongoDB, and updates centrally.

Add a tenant in the Ansible inventory, deploy once, and the new site comes up automatically with HTTPS.
